Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your wrist. Measure the string or strip with a ruler to find your wrist size, then select the size that most closely matches.

For a just-right fit, we recommend you wrap the paper/string snugly around your wrist. Alternatively, use a measuring tape if you have one. 

Do note that all bracelet sizes are approximate, due to actual bead diameters, widths of spacers and any other embellishments.

Worldwide shipping is a flat US$6.50 for International Registered (tracked) mail, with free shipping for orders with minimum total of US$100, to all destinations besides Singapore and Malaysia.

Shipping to Malaysia by International Registered (tracked) mail is available for RM24, with free shipping for orders with minimum total of RM110.

Shipping to Singapore is a flat S$2, with free shipping for orders with minimum total of S$70.

All bracelets are handmade-to-order, so please allow 2-5 days' processing after order placement. Certain items take longer, as noted in item listing.

All orders ship from Singapore. Customers are responsible for all customs and import taxes that may apply. Shipping estimates do not include delays due to customs.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days after receiving it, and ship the item(s) back within 14 days after receiving. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Do note, we do not refund original shipping charges, and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Stretch cords may wear out and snap over time or if pulled excessively. We recommend gently rolling your bracelet on and off your wrist to wear and remove.

Sometimes, however, stuff happens even when we're careful. If your stretch bracelet wears out or breaks, just send it back to us and we'll re-string it for you! Simply contact us to start the process.

Gemstones are naturally-occurring, so beads cut from them often carry 'imperfections' (called inclusions) and variations that enhance their beauty and make each bead--and the bracelets they're made with--unique. No two bracelets are exactly alike, but they are all made with the same care and quality materials. Slight texture and color differences in no way indicate a defective or inferior item.
